Test specimen CT-Check with spheres for quick inspection of a CT system. Including DAkkS calibration and certificate with tactile reference values for fast accuracy monitoring of the CT system.
With this test specimen, you can monitor your CT device in a self-defined cycle. In doing so, you can detect deviations during regular monitoring of your CT scanner and ensure your process before a series measurement. A top argument towards every customer.
- Innovative Plug & Play System
- Stable and easy to use
- No service engineers necessary
- Defined reference values
(DAkkS cetificate)
The test body serves as a reference for rapid monitoring of the computer tomograph. In a tested calibration laboratory, the diameters and distances to each other are determined tactilely.
The calibration body is clamped stress-free by a three-point bearing and then measured tactilely.
The general conditions thus correspond to the environment in the CT device.

The specially developed design of the CT-Check offers a variety of advantages over external influences.
The extremely stable carbon fiber cone with the very short but still coordinated ball positions offers, first for the tactile determination, then also on the CT scanner, the best conditions.
The stress-free assembly of all components is reflected in the repeatability of the tactile measurement.
A cover with safety seal protects the calibration elements from physical influences. The ball elements can thus no longer be touched by a user after the DAkkS calibration has been determined.
A hard case with coordinated foam insert protects the CT-Check during storage and transport.
